Identification methods for smart grid management

Abstract

The article deals with the application of a multilevel information system in order to optimize electricity production by forecasting power consumption. For the purpose of efficient application of such system, a method is offered which provides unbiased parameter estimates in the real situation of noisy measurements of input and output signals of the primary converters.
