IEEE ESS-2026 is considered to be delivered in a virtual format taking into account the war in Ukraine.
Official Conference language is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. All papers should be prepared in English. Size of the conference paper should be 4 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according to IEEE Proceedings format.
Papers that are not formatted properly won’t be accepted for the review process. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference or journal at the same time. Submitted papers are subject to 2-3 independent anonymous referee reviews.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE quality control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria.
Please pay attention that «no-show» papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore, as well as any other indexing database. The presenting author of each accepted paper is required to register, pay a participation fee, and participate in IEEE ESS-2026.
Authors should register and create their personal accounts, and then upload the papers in PDF format. The e-mail notification of submission will be sent to each corresponding author immediately after submission.
The paper submission will be closed on November 30, 2025. Authors of papers with positive reviewing results will be notified by e-mail and then they must submit camera-ready papers. Before publication, authors are required to sign an IEEE Copyright Transfer Form.
